When Caroline Herter was 14 years old, she began her photography career. During this period, her family and friends were very supportive of her passion, so she began taking pictures of them. As a teenager, she studied art, but her interest in photography grew alongside her passion for art. Having taken a few courses in high school, the student decided to take photography lessons on her own. She appreciated photography's various aspects throughout her explorations. Fine art and photography were among the subjects she studied at the Kendall School of Art and Design in Florida. She graduated in 2009 from the University of Miami with a Bachelor's degree in photography.
